Terms of service

1. Agreement
These terms apply when you use akkrev.com or buy Akkrev services. Akkrev is operated by Akkrev Technologies OÜ, registry code 17519031, Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("Akkrev", "we", "us"). Our services are for businesses, not consumers. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. If a signed proposal says something different, the proposal applies.
2. The service
Akkrev helps hospitality businesses understand and improve how AI assistants and agents present and recommend them. Services include AI visibility tracking and reports, content drafts, website connections and AI agent booking audits and setup. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page and at checkout. We may improve or change features over time.
3. Plans, payment and cancellation
- Subscriptions are paid by card in advance and renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Subscription prices are fixed in your selected GBP or USD currency and include applicable tax. Dollar amounts for separately quoted agent-booking services remain guides. Checkout shows the payment currency and final amount before you pay.
- Introductory offers, such as discounted months, apply only for the period stated when you sign up. The standard price applies after that.
- Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged if you cancel before it ends.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Guarantee: If your plan doesn't help, tell us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are not refunded except where the law requires.
- One-off services (such as the AI Booking Audit) are paid in advance. You can cancel for a full refund until we start work. If we fail to deliver, we refund you in full.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and keep your account access secure.
- Only connect websites and accounts you are allowed to manage.
- Review AI-generated drafts and suggestions before you publish or rely on them. You are responsible for content published on your website.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, scrape it or resell it without our permission.
5. AI outputs and results
AI assistants and agents are run by third parties, change often and do not always give the same answer. Our reports, scores and suggestions are informational and directional. We cannot guarantee what any AI tool will say, recommend or book, or any specific traffic, booking or revenue result.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content and data, and you allow us to use it to provide the service. Once paid for, you own the deliverables we make specifically for you. We keep ownership of the Akkrev website, software, brand, methods and know-how.
7. Confidentiality and data
We keep your non-public information confidential. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we will agree data processing terms with you as the law requires.
8. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care but otherwise "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss, or loss of profit, revenue, bookings or data.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is unpaid or puts the service or others at risk. You can stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell you in advance by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn as the first instance, have jurisdiction unless your proposal says otherwise.
