# How do vegan and vegetarian restaurants get recommended by AI?

> How vegan and vegetarian restaurants get named when diners ask ChatGPT or Google AI for fully vegan menus, vegan brunch or plant-based options.

_UK and US · Updated 2026-11-02 · Akkrev, https://akkrev.com/for/vegan-restaurants/_

Vegan and vegetarian restaurants get recommended by AI when they say clearly whether they are fully vegan, vegetarian or vegan-friendly, with a text menu labelled in words. Plant-based diners ask precise questions and notice wrong answers, so clear labelling wins.

Vegan and vegetarian diners ask AI very specific questions, and are quick to notice wrong answers. Clear labelling wins.
