Holiday cottages and short lets get recommended by AI when size, location, dog policy and features like sea views or hot tubs are clearly listed. AI often names agency listings first, so owners who also describe their property well on their own site give AI a direct option.

Cottage and short-let questions mix location, size and features. AI often names agency listings first.
